The Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP) is actively recruiting for a full-time Information Technology Programmer Analyst. The primary responsibilities of this position include both systems analysis and web development. The successful candidate must demonstrate knowledge of the principles and technologies used in a .NET 4.0/4.5 development environment accessing an enterprise relational database. The candidate must be familiar with hardware and software solutions used to serve corporate data in a primarily SQL Server 2008/Windows Server 2008 environment.
The successful candidate must have professional experience with several of the following technologies: SQL Server 2008 T-SQL, Internet Information Server, ASP.NET, C#, XML, JavaScript, DOJO, Visual Studio 2010/2012 and .NET 4.0/4.5. Experience or knowledge with Salesforce a plus. A combination of education, training and experience equivalent to a B.S. degree in information systems or a related field is essential. Salary commensurate with experience. Salary minimum: $60,000.
